Comparison
Cashboard vs DeBank
Paste an EVM address into DeBank and it breaks out the lending, LP and staking positions behind it, protocol by protocol, with a social layer on top. Cashboard does not go that deep. It reads token balances rather than protocol positions and puts them on a board next to live market widgets. What it adds is Solana addresses and Hyperliquid accounts, including open perps positions and staked HYPE.
What is DeBank?
DeBank describes itself as a portfolio tracker for Ethereum and EVM networks. Look up any public address and it shows the tokens, NFTs and positions inside DeFi protocols across EVM chains. On top of that sit social features, such as profiles and a feed, built around onchain identities.
How do Cashboard and DeBank compare?
| Topic | Cashboard | DeBank |
|---|---|---|
| Approach | A board you arrange, mixing wallet views with markets, funding and chain status. | An address-first explorer with pages for holdings, protocol positions and activity. |
| Portfolio method | Watch-only. Paste a public EVM or Solana address, or a Hyperliquid account. Shows token balances, not protocol positions. | Watch-only lookup of public EVM addresses, with DeFi positions broken out by protocol. |
| Networks | Watch-only balances on Solana and 11 EVM networks, plus Hyperliquid perps, spot and staked HYPE. As of October 2026 the web build cannot read Base, Arbitrum One, Robinhood Chain, Arc or Polygon PoS addresses, and in the desktop app a Blockscout connection fixes one network. A HyperEVM, BNB Chain or Avalanche address will not load. | Built for EVM networks. |
| Markets covered | Prices, charts, Hyperliquid funding, prediction markets, stocks, tokenized stocks and stablecoin flows. | Addresses, their holdings and their activity. |
| Sharing | Board links carry widgets and their settings. The addresses you watch stay behind. | Address pages are public, so a link shares that address's view. |
| Privacy and data storage | No account. Watched addresses and boards are saved on your device. On the web, lookups pass through Cashboard's API on their way to public providers such as Blockscout and Solana RPC. | Lookups run through DeBank's service, and its social features use a DeBank account. |
| Price | Nothing to pay in the browser. The desktop build costs $199 once. | Free to browse addresses. Check DeBank for any paid features. |
When is Cashboard the better fit?
- You hold on Solana or trade on Hyperliquid, not only on EVM chains.
- You want wallet balances on the same canvas as funding rates, prediction markets and chain health.
- Sharing a board should not expose the addresses on it.
When is DeBank the better fit?
- You need to see what an EVM address has deposited in each DeFi protocol, position by position.
- You want to follow other addresses and take part in an onchain social feed.
- Your wallets are on BNB Chain or Avalanche. Cashboard shows chain status there but does not index wallets.
Frequently asked questions
Does Cashboard show DeFi protocol positions like DeBank?
Not by protocol. Cashboard shows token balances for watched addresses, plus Hyperliquid perps positions, spot balances and staked HYPE. A deposit sitting in a lending market or a liquidity pool is not itemized. For that view of an EVM address, DeBank goes further.
What does Cashboard need to show my wallet?
A public address, nothing else. Paste it and Cashboard reads the balances, with no key to enter and no signature prompt. The address is saved on your device, and a shared board link leaves it out.
