Get back to your board.

• Refresh the affected widget instead of rebuilding the board.
• Confirm the selected network, address or market symbol.
• Check the source label and unavailable message inside the widget.
• Export the board before clearing browser storage or reinstalling.
• Alerts need the app or tab running: the desktop app checks them while its window is open or minimised, and the web build checks them only while the Alert widget is on screen in a visible tab.

Include the platform (web or desktop), widget name, selected network or symbol, and the exact time the failure occurred. Never attach secrets.

• Payment sent but no access yet: EVM payments need 12 confirmations and finality, and Solana payments need finalized status, so allow time. After you paste the transaction hash, checkout keeps checking for a while and then stops. Press Verify payment to check again.
• The timer reached zero: do not send to that request. Create a new payment request. If you already sent the transfer in time, paste its transaction hash anyway. Checkout judges the time of the block that included it, with a short grace after the timer.
• A download link is invalid, expired or already used: links last 5 minutes and work once. Open the section titled Already paid? Restore lifetime access, paste your recovery code, press Restore purchase and download again.
• Lost your recovery code: checkout has no lookup by email or wallet, so the code is what restores a purchase. Write to the support address with the network and the transaction hash. Keep the recovery code private and do not post it publicly.

Describe the workflow you want to complete, which market or network it needs, and what a correct result should look like. This helps keep new modules consistent across web and desktop.
