Refunds and delivery
Know what happens after payment.
How a payment is verified, how the installer is delivered and what to keep if something goes wrong.
Current status
Lifetime access is on sale for $199 as of October 2026, paid in crypto, with no subscription. Checkout shows the seller, the support address and links to the Terms, Privacy and Refunds pages, and asks you to accept them before it creates a payment request. This page explains how payment verification and delivery work. For a question about a purchase, write to contact@cashboard.live.
Digital delivery
A valid purchase creates lifetime access only after Cashboard independently verifies the exact on-chain payment and its required finality. The private recovery code restores access and generates a link to the current Windows or macOS installer.
The installers are unsigned previews. Windows may show a SmartScreen warning: choose More info, then Run anyway. macOS asks you to approve the app once under System Settings, Privacy & Security, Open Anyway.
A download link expires after 5 minutes and works once. If it expires or has been used, restore your purchase with the recovery code to generate a new one. The installed app does not update itself: to get a newer installer, download it again with your recovery code.
If a valid payment is confirmed but access is not issued, keep the recovery code and the transaction identifier, avoid paying again and write to contact@cashboard.live.
Before you pay
- Checkout shows the seller (currently CashBoard Group, EU), the support address and the terms version before you create a request.
- You choose a route and enter the public address of the wallet that will pay. The transfer must come from that wallet.
- Payment details appear only after you confirm that your recovery code is saved. It is the only credential that restores and verifies the request on another device, and checkout does not collect an email address.
- The request has a unique exact amount and a timer: 15 minutes for stablecoins and 5 minutes for ETH and SOL. A different amount, token, network, recipient or sending wallet is rejected.
- Access is issued after 12 confirmations (as of October 2026) and finality on Base and Robinhood Chain, or finalized status on Solana.
Blockchain transfers
Transfers sent to an incorrect address, network, asset or contract may be irreversible and may not reach Cashboard. A transfer that does not match its request does not activate access, and checkout shows the reason: a different network, asset or token, a different sender or recipient, an amount lower or higher than requested, a failed or earlier transaction, an expired request, or a transaction already used for another purchase.
