Paper trading for crypto perps and stocks, no account

Paper trading tests an idea with fake money and real prices. You start with $100,000, and a reset lets you begin again with $10,000, $100,000 or $1 million. Open a long or short on a stock at 1x, or on one of the 50 most active Hyperliquid perps at any whole leverage up to that market’s maximum, sized in dollars or in shares and coins. Closed trades go to a History tab with a win rate and your best and worst result. The simulation is kind to you, though: no fees, funding, spread or slippage, and nothing gets liquidated, so real results usually come out worse.

What does the Paper trading widget show?

Frequently asked questions

Is paper trading connected to an exchange?

No. It is a local simulation and no order goes anywhere. Nothing talks to Hyperliquid or a broker except to read prices.

Are my paper trades shared when I share a board?

No. Open positions, trade history and realized PnL are stripped from share links.

How many positions can I hold?

Up to 50 open at once. The widget also keeps your last 50 closed trades.
