Solana liquid staking APY and Kamino lending rates

Yield numbers mislead most when their windows get mixed. Sanctum reports each liquid staking token’s average APY since it launched. Marinade reports mSOL over the trailing 30 days. Kamino gives the variable rate right now. Solana yields puts them in one list and prints the window under every figure, so a lifetime average never passes for today’s rate.

Frequently asked questions

Why do the APYs use different windows?

Each provider publishes its own. Cashboard labels the window instead of blending them into one number nobody actually measured.

What does high utilization mean on Kamino?

Most of the deposits are lent out. Above roughly 92 percent, depositors may have to wait to withdraw.

Can I stake from the widget?

No. It is read-only and never deposits funds. Stake on the provider’s own site.

Last reviewed . Market data in Cashboard comes from the providers named on each widget and may be delayed. Nothing here is financial advice.
