How to compare Solana liquid staking yields
Add the Solana yields widget. It lists Sanctum APYs for INF, jitoSOL, jupSOL, mSOL, bSOL and dSOL, Marinade's own 30-day mSOL APY, and Kamino Main market rates for SOL, USDC, USDT, JitoSOL, mSOL, USDG and PYUSD (a token with less than $1M supplied is left out). It only reads, so you can compare staking and lending without depositing a single lamport.
Step by step
- 1
Add Solana yields
Solana yields is in the Solana group of the Add panel. Solana pulse sits in the same group, and you will want it before you finish.
- 2
Choose a section
The switch at the top reads All, Staking and Lending.
- 3
Compare the LSTs
Rows are sorted by APY and the highest gets a trophy. Sanctum's figure is the average since each LST launched, Marinade's is the last 30 days. That is why mSOL can appear twice with two different numbers.
- 4
Read the lending rates
The Kamino section shows Supply, Borrow, Deposits and Utilization for the deepest reserve of each token. At 92 percent utilization the bar turns red and reads withdrawals may queue, because most of the deposits are lent out.
- 5
Add network context
Put Solana pulse next to it. It shows how far the current epoch has run and roughly how many hours are left until rewards.
- 6
Keep a record
Write the rates and the date in a Note. The widget shows today's numbers only, and past yield is not a forecast.
Tips
- APY includes compounding and APR does not. Compare like with like.
- A higher LST yield usually comes from MEV rewards or from the validators the pool stakes with. Read the protocol's own docs before picking one.
- If Kamino does not answer, the lending rates are hidden instead of reused from an older reading.

Frequently asked questions
What is INF on Sanctum?
INF is the token you get for depositing into Sanctum's Infinity pool, which holds a basket of Solana liquid staking tokens. Its yield is the weighted staking yield of the LSTs in the pool plus the fees people pay to swap between them.
Can I stake SOL through Cashboard?
No. Cashboard only displays yields from Sanctum, Marinade and Kamino. There is no deposit button and nothing to sign.
Last reviewed . Market data in Cashboard comes from the providers named on each widget and may be delayed. Nothing here is financial advice.
