Do I need a Robinhood account or a wallet to use it?
No. Every widget except the swap reads public feeds, from the Robinhood Chain RPC to Lighter and Yahoo Finance, and none of them asks for a login. The swap needs a wallet only if you trade. On the web it loads LI.FI's form, and your own wallet signs there. Cashboard's own code never signs.
