Tokenized stocks vs stock price vs stock perps

Three prices for one company: the cash equity from Yahoo Finance, the xStocks token from Backed, and the stock perp on the XYZ markets that trade on Hyperliquid. Token premium is how far the xStock sits from the cash price. Perp basis is the same measure for the perp. On UTC weekends the stock market is shut while the token and the perp keep trading, so the widget raises a Weekend gap flag. Those are the hours when the premium tells you the most.

Frequently asked questions

Why is the token or perp column empty for some tickers?

Not every stock has an xStocks token or a Hyperliquid perp. Cashboard leaves the cell empty rather than guess a price.

What is a weekend gap?

Stock markets close for the weekend while tokens and perps keep trading. By Monday, on-chain prices can have drifted well away from Friday’s close, and the premium shows how far.
