How to build a crypto trading dashboard

Open cashboard.live, pick one of ten templates or type a list of widgets into the command palette, and you have a working board. From there it is a canvas: widgets drag by the header and resize from the corners. The widgets cover everything from prices and funding to Solana launches.

Step by step

    Open Cashboard

    Go to cashboard.live. There is nothing to sign up for, and the board you build is kept in this browser, so open it on the same machine next time.

    Pick a template

    In the Boards panel, open New from template. There are ten: desks for Solana, Hyperliquid, Base, Robinhood Chain and Ethereum, plus Market Overview, Perps Desk, Stablecoin Risk, Portfolio and Stocks & Cross-market.

    Or type a recipe

    Press Ctrl K and type what you want, for example btc chart, funding, predictions. Cashboard builds those widgets and skips words it does not recognize.

    Add more widgets

    The Add panel lists every widget in ten groups: Intelligence tools, Markets, Your positions, Risk and flows, one group each for Solana, Hyperliquid, Base, Robinhood and Ethereum, and On the board. The chain groups start folded, so click a header to open one.

    Arrange the layout

    Tidy up packs the unlocked widgets into rows and leaves frames where they are. Arrow keys nudge a selected widget, Shift plus an arrow moves it 10px, and Shift 1 fits the whole board on screen.

    Style it

    The Style panel changes a widget's title, background, accent, corners and shadow, plus the canvas color and grid.

Tips

  • A Frame labels a zone and counts the widgets inside it, but it does not carry them when you drag it. Notes are for writing your rules down next to the data they are about, and a line that starts with - [ ] becomes a box you can tick.
  • Check where a number comes from before you act on it. The chart credits CoinGecko (or Binance when it falls back), trending pools credit GeckoTerminal, and both show how old the data is. A failed refresh keeps the last good value up.
  • Press Ctrl \ to hide the side panel when the board needs the whole screen.

Is Cashboard free?

In the browser, yes, and without an account. The desktop app for Windows or macOS is $199 once. What it adds is a local database for your boards, web apps embedded right inside the board and alerts that keep checking every board while the app is minimized.

Can I have more than one dashboard?

Yes. Create boards from the Boards panel and switch between them there, or type Switch to and the board name in Ctrl K. Each board keeps its own widgets and layout.
