Gas tracker and chain status for 15 networks

Chain status checks two things before you trade: is the network moving, and what will it cost. Each row shows the latest block, how old it is, the current fee and how fast the public RPC answered. A chip turns Lagging or Stalled when blocks stop arriving on schedule. On Solana that is 5 seconds without a block for Lagging and 30 for Stalled. Ethereum gets 30 seconds and 2 minutes, because its blocks come slower.

What does the Chain status widget show?

  • Block height
  • Block age with a Live, Lagging or Stalled chip
  • Gas price in gwei on EVM chains, and the median priority fee on Solana
  • RPC latency in milliseconds
  • A small fee trend line since the widget opened

Frequently asked questions

What does a high block age mean?

The RPC has not seen a new block for a while. Either the chain is struggling or the public endpoint has fallen behind, and from a single RPC you cannot always tell which.

Which networks are supported?

All 15 in the registry: Ethereum, Base, Solana, Arbitrum One, Robinhood Chain, Arc, HyperEVM, BNB Chain, Polygon PoS, OP Mainnet, Avalanche C-Chain, Linea, Scroll, ZKsync Era and Gnosis.
