How to track crypto and stocks on one dashboard

Start from the Stocks & Cross-market template and put crypto on top of it. Prices and Price chart cover crypto, the Stocks widget shows Yahoo Finance quotes, and Tokenized stocks lines each stock up against its xStocks token and Hyperliquid perp. Those last two keep trading after the 16:00 close in New York, which is when the comparison gets interesting.

Step by step

  1. 1

    Start from Stocks & Cross-market

This template already covers the stock half of the board: a stock watchlist, the tokenized comparison, Paper trading and Prediction markets. It is under New from template.

  2. 2

    Add crypto prices

Press Ctrl K and type prices, chart to add a Prices widget and a Price chart. Pick your assets and choose 1D, 7D or 30D candles.

  3. 3

    Edit the stock list

Select the Stocks widget and add or remove tickers. Each widget holds up to eight, so add a second one for a longer list.

  4. 4

    Compare across venues

Tokenized stocks shows the cash price, the xStocks token and the Hyperliquid stock perp side by side, with token premium and perp basis. It covers eight tickers, from NVDA to AMZN.

  5. 5

    Add macro context

Set Prediction markets to Macro to see how Polymarket and Kalshi price rate decisions and inflation prints.

  6. 6

    Lay it out

Run Tidy up first, then add two Frames from the On the board group, size one around the crypto widgets and one around the stocks, and name them in the Style panel. Tidy up ignores frames, so running it again can pull widgets out of them.

Tips

  • Stock quotes can lag the exchange and hold at the last close outside trading hours, while crypto never stops. Expect gaps at weekends.
  • Net worth adds up crypto wallets, manual crypto holdings and Hyperliquid accounts, spot and staked HYPE included. Stocks and paper positions are not in it.
  • For a compact crypto list next to the stocks, add a Watchlist and switch its sort to Cap.

Frequently asked questions

Where do Cashboard's stock prices come from?

Can I connect my brokerage account?

No. Cashboard does not sync broker or exchange accounts. You follow stocks by ticker, and crypto through watch-only addresses or a manual portfolio.
