Are the yields on Cashboard guaranteed?

No. Past yield is not a forecast, and a Raydium APR built on one busy day of fees can halve by the next. Each figure on the board says which window it covers.

Can I deposit into a pool from Cashboard?

No. Cashboard never deposits funds, signs anything or routes a swap. It shows the rates, and the deposit happens in the protocol's own app.
