HOOD stock vs tokenized HOODx vs HOOD perp
HOOD now trades in up to three places: the exchange, on-chain as HOODx and, where a HIP-3 market is listed, as a perp on Hyperliquid. This page lines them up. It matters most on Friday night, when the exchange shuts and the other two keep going.
What is Robinhood Markets?
Robinhood Markets runs a commission-free app for stocks, options and crypto, and sells stock tokens to customers outside the US. Its own Ethereum layer-2, Robinhood Chain, is built on Arbitrum technology and went live on mainnet on July 1, 2026.
HOOD is the odd one out on Robinhood's own chain. When we checked the Robinhood Chain Stock Token list in September 2026, it had NVDA, SPY and COIN but no HOOD. So the on-chain routes come from elsewhere. Backed issues HOODx on Solana, Ethereum and nine more networks, and on Hyperliquid XYZ runs xyz:HOOD at up to 10x with isolated margin only.
Cashboard also tracks Robinhood Chain itself (block height, fees, watch-only wallets), so a HOOD board can sit next to the chain the company is betting on. HOOD often moves with crypto sentiment, and crypto keeps trading after Friday's close. By Sunday the xyz:HOOD perp can already reflect that. On Saturday and Sunday UTC the gap tag shows how far HOODx sits from that Friday close.

How do you read the HOOD price gap?
The Tokenized stocks widget shows HOOD as one row with three prices. Token premium is how far HOODx sits from the cash price. Perp basis is the same gap for the Hyperliquid perp, and funding tells you who pays to hold it. If a column shows n/a, that venue has no price for HOOD right now.

Not on Robinhood Chain as of September 2026. The on-chain routes are HOODx from Backed, which US persons cannot buy, and the HIP-3 HOOD perp on Hyperliquid (XYZ caps xyz:HOOD at 10x).
What is Robinhood Chain?
Robinhood's Ethereum layer-2, built on Arbitrum technology, with chain ID 4663 and a mainnet live since July 1, 2026. Robinhood issues its newer Stock Tokens there. Cashboard shows its chain status and can watch wallets on it without connecting them.
Does Cashboard trade HOOD?
