Arc Wallet Tracker & Dashboard
Arc wallets and network health on one board. Paste a 0x address and Cashboard reads it through Blockscout, without asking for a signature.
What is Arc?
Arc is an EVM-compatible layer 1 built by Circle for stablecoin finance, with USDC as the native gas token, so fees are paid in dollars. Its mainnet opened on September 16, 2026, after a public testnet that started in October 2025. Circle aims it at payments, foreign exchange and capital markets.
Consensus runs on Malachite, a Tendermint-style BFT engine, and blocks are final in under a second. Once committed, they do not reorg. The validator set is permissioned: at launch it was a small group of institutions that included Circle, Visa, Mastercard, BlackRock and DTCC.
The fee model borrows from EIP-1559 on Ethereum but smooths the base fee, so short bursts of demand do not cause sharp swings. For a trader that means the cost of a swap is predictable in dollar terms instead of moving with a volatile gas token.
Day-one apps included Aave and Morpho for lending, StableFX from Circle for swapping between stablecoins, and CCTP and Gateway for moving USDC across chains. Tokenized funds such as BlackRock BUIDL are there too. Cashboard can watch an Arc address and show chain status, but Arc trending pools are not in it yet.

What do traders watch on Arc?
- Fees in USDC, and whether the fee smoothing holds when the first real demand spike arrives.
- USDC and EURC supply moving onto the network.
- Block production and RPC latency. Mainnet only opened on September 16, 2026, so there is little history to judge an outage against.
Which apps run on Arc?
On Arc you will find Aave, Morpho, Uniswap, StableFX, Circle CCTP and Circle Gateway. In Cashboard Desktop any of them can sit on the board as a web app, logged in separately from your browser.

Frequently asked questions
What is the gas token on Arc?
USDC. Arc uses Circle's dollar stablecoin as its native gas token, so you pay fees in dollars and do not need to buy a volatile token first.
Is Arc an Ethereum layer 2?
No. Arc is its own layer 1 with its own permissioned validators and Malachite consensus. It is EVM-compatible, so Ethereum wallets and tools work with it, but it does not settle to Ethereum.
What is the Arc chain ID?
5042, or 0x13b2 in the hex form some wallets and explorers print. Gas on Arc is paid in USDC.
How do I watch Arc wallets without connecting them?
Add a Portfolio widget, set it to watch-only, pick Arc and paste the public address. Balances come from a Blockscout indexer. Nothing is signed, and share links drop the address.
